Terms, Conditions and Delivery

Deliveries in Cyprus & Greece

We ship our products via Akis Express couriers to all Cities in Cyprus, except for limited-service areas defined by Akis Express couriers. Deliveries are made to your nearest Akis Express store unless otherwise stated.

Deliveries are made within 5 working days of the order and are Free of Charge.

Please note deliveries to mainland Greece are sent via normal post.

More Information

Our Distribution centers does not dispatch over weekends (Saturday and Sunday). 

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay. Some delays may occur depending on the destination country and this is not possible to be controlled by us.

If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.
