Returns Policy

Merchandise in a new and saleable condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 10 days of purchase. Items must be accompanied by the original documentation. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please ensure that all Cassandra Ariadne returns are sent to our Customer Service dept and are handled by an insured carrier. Cassandra Ariadne cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive. Cassandra Ariadne will not be liable for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning goods.

Any goods that are returned outside of the return period, damaged or worn or sent without the original documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise exchange or online gift card. Exchanges will only be offered, at the current retail price, for products in perfect condition, with the original packaging, for non-discontinued collections or lines.

Please note that all our products are handcrafted and may vary slightly, slight imperfections are expected due to their handmade nature.

This policy does not affect your statutory right.
